Property Inspections – E&D Realty will be conducting inspections January of 2021 for our Bi-Annual Inspection. Please look out for dates and schedules.

IN the Case of Life/Safety Emergency – Call 911. Do not call Management.
Please Contact Management Company of Any Problems with the property. Remember Problems become BIGGER when we are NOT aware of the repairs/problems.
Rental Payments
E&D Realty and Investment Company is NOW Accepting forms of payments for your convenience. Forms of Payment: Cash (in office ONLY), Checks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Check, Direct Deposit.
Please note E&D Realty DOES NOT pick up Rent.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR RENT IS IN ON TIME TO AVOID A LATE FEE!
